When I ordered this for my mother-in-law she was accidentally sent the wrong order, but when I emailed the company about this it was quickly resolved. Amanda was lovely to deal with especially with the little hick up. My my mother-in-law received the giant wagon wheel not long after it was resent and the below was her feedback..
